Shafi Muslim High School
The School came into existence with the eagerness and endeavourment of the knowledge wizard of the minority (Muslims) of Darbhanga on Wednesday, the 3rd of August 1932 A.D. corresponding to the Muslim calendar 29 of Rabi-ul-Awwal 1351 A.H. After the celebration of its "Platinum Jubilee" on 28th of April 2007, the school upgraded to +2 level by the government of Bihar.
Our school stands as an epitome of academic excellence. We believe that, ‘Education is a dynamic process by which character is formed, strength of mind increased, the intellect expanded and by which one can stand on one’s own feet’.
Over the past five decades, we have witnessed the fruits of hard labour of all, towards the realization of our mission which has resulted in improvements galore.
Relentless efforts, academic progress, discovery of hidden potentials and chiselling the personality of the educants have propelled our institution to scale new heights of success and glory.
We aim at laying the right platform for a great future. We constantly strive to mould our students to possess strong determination, self-confidence, knowledge, wisdom and great human qualities.

N.C.C.:-
One company under 8 Bihar Bn N.C.C. Darbhanga. Students have participated in National hoisting celebration in New Delhi several times and got President Award too.
Uniform:-
The school has its own uniform white shirt, steel grey pants and black shoes with white
socks.
Cultural and Extra-curricular Activities:-
Organized by the school time to time such as quiz, painting, debate, essay writing, and speeches etc.
Other Activities:-
Students participate in N.S.S., Polio campaign, anti-liquor, anti-dowry and other Academic Programmes as required by the Government circular occasionally. The School also publish annual magazine in which the students Teachers and other literary persons also participate with their articles.
Special Features:-
The school has ever been the best result- oriented. Samman patra (Certificate of honour) has been awarded by the secretary B.S.E. Board, Patna in 2008, 2011and 2013. The school also runs study centers of Bihar Board Of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE), Maulana Abul
